COLONY

The challenge of this beach-side home was to make the home feel spacious despite the small lot size. We did this with walls of all glass doors facing the ocean, a two story stairway letting lighting the home, and walls covered in white plaster. In order to make the home feel inviting while remaining contemporary, we used natural materials including planked wood walls and floors and honed slabs of buff-colored, fossilized limestone.
