CHANNEL ISLANDS

Located in Channel Islands Harbor in Oxnard, Ca this project was the Giannetti Family  weekend home. Brooke and Steve experimented with their design concepts, which included using outdoor stucco in the bathrooms and repurposing antique pieces for sink bases in all of the bathrooms… to transform a 1970’s spec house into a home with their “Patina” aesthetic.
