16th STREET

Although the exteriors of the 16th Street Residence was inspired by the original shingle style beach homes found in Santa Monica, the open floor plan reflects a more modern way of living. Vintage architectural elements and lighting added to the authentic feel of the house. The kitchen garden is in the front of the home, surrounded by an English inspired cutting garden. This residence was a wonderful family home for the Giannetti’s when their three children were young.
